About Us

What to Expect

We all know what it is like to attend somewhere new for the first time. So we have gone out of our way to remove all the fear and discomfort by making our office into a friendly, relaxing experience. From the couches in our reception to our team’s friendly, happy nature, we want you to feel as comfortable here on your first visit as everyone else that spends time with us.

As soon as you walk through our front door, you’ll be greeted by either Rose, Michelle or Stefani who will take some basic details from you and introduce you to Dr. Trevor, Dr. Robert or Dr. Michael.

Your initial assessment will last for one hour. This will involve a thorough assessment of your state of health, investigation into any problems you may be having and assessment of your system structurally and functionally.

“It’s your choice”

At the end of this assessment we will discuss the findings of your examination with you. If we believe we might be able to help you, we will let you know the issues we find and outline your options with our recommendations. If we feel for some reason it is unlikely that we will be able to help you, we will point you in the direction of someone we believe can.

If at the end of this consultation it seems like further investigation might be required, (eg. Laboratory tests, Heart Rate Variability, Foot Scans, Genetic Testing or Radiography) we will either arrange for the tests to be conducted right here in our office or provide you with the appropriate referrals you may need. Rest assured Rose, Michelle and Stefani will help you through the steps that need to be taken and arrange for any other appointments you may need.

Our team are highly trained and friendly. We’ll chat with you if it makes you more comfortable or leave you to yourself if you prefer. Our practitioners are highly trained in their field and take an integrative approach to your problem looking for the cause of your problem from a variety of angles.

We focus on you, your needs and your wants and are not afraid to listen to you and your experiences to help us develop the best care program for you.

We’ll provide you with a written tailored program that outlines what is required to get you back on track and provide you with tools you need to allow you to achieve these goals.

Hate using the phone? That’s fine, we understand that too! Click on our online booking system and we’ll do all the work for you.

But if you’re still not comfortable and have a few fears, we’ll give you 10 minutes of our time with one of our amazing practitioners to determine if we might be able to help you. You can have a chat, ask some questions and see if what we do is right for you. Simply give us a call and we’ll organise this for you.
