Have you ever suffered with back pain? Struggled at work or missed out on doing the things you love because of the pain? If so, then you must keep reading because I’m going to tell you about the key mistakes, I see people AND practitioners make that result in years of needless pain…
“More than 50% of people we see with chronic back pain have basic lifestyle contributing factors that have failed to be addressed”
I see it every day, people who have needlessly suffered for years, going from practitioner to practitioner, spending hours doing exercises over and over and still after years of this relentless pain they still suffer.
For many, all the treatment gives them temporary relief, but for most that’s how it remains, temporary. All because some simple little issues weren’t addressed.
I know like many you’re probably thinking that problems will eventually heal and rectify themselves, but that’s just denying the reality of back pain. A reality that often leads to increasing problems, degeneration and eventually the point of no return.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. A thorough assessment by a highly skilled and trained gun practitioner can identify the hidden specific patterns that are associated with a variety of lifestyle issues.
Some of the most common issues we see missed are a lack of support from car seats, bedding, couches and office chairs, excessive sacroiliac loading created by muscular dysfunction from midbrain wind up from tech use and stress, neuromuscular fatigue from nutritional and hormonal irregularities and pelvic imbalances from foot issues such as pronation and functional hallux restriction (1st toe movement).
When these issues are addressed, we see chronic patterns only require a small amount of treatment to correct and you can get back to doing the things you love.
It’s seeing changes like this every day in people just like you that make our office so inspiring and exciting to be in every day.
I’m just so sick of seeing people who have suffered needlessly by doing so called ‘research’ based strengthening exercises and forgetting that you’re a person not a research statistic and your issues require investigation, thought and action to get the best results.
If you truly want to free yourself up, get rid of your back pain then I’m going to give you my top tips that might just change your life… So, here are my top tips to deal with your pain:
- Don’t leave it, you need a thorough neuromuscular assessment to identify your specific patterns
- Your problems often lie in your habits. That’s where you need to start to look.
- You’re more than what you eat and what you eat affects more than you can imagine!
Getting to the root of chronic issues is hard work. That’s why I’ve just created the“hour to recovery” appointment. It’s a one hour, in depth, one on one appointment with one of our incredibly trained, gun practitioners aimed at identifying the hidden patterns I have observed in working with thousands of patients over the last 20 years.
I’ve made a limited number of spaces available for this one-on-one session.
