One of the most common forms of headache is known as cervicogenic headache. Just as the name suggests, this form of headache is caused by changes in the function of your neck. The result of this is often referred pain into the head.
Some people with cervicogenic headache will often comment that they feel like their pain is coming from their neck as a result tightness or stiffness, but this doesn’t have to be the case.
For others, the cause of headache can be varied and may be aggravated by sitting postures, workstation setup, sleeping postures, stress, visual problems, noise or even emotional issues.
